Terms & Conditions – £10,000 Tailor-Made Holiday Voucher to Canada


1. Eligibility
• This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Abercrombie & Kent Limited trading as Cox & Kings and its group companies, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
• Cox and Kings reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to aware the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry Method
• Entries may only be submitted online via the prize draw entry form. The prize draw is open to entrants accessing the prize draw through:
o The Destinations Travel Show in London
o Partner communications
o Cox & Kings’ owned channels
• Entries received from other sources may be deemed invalid.
• Entry is limited to one per person, and once submitted, entries cannot be amended.

3. The Draw
• Entries must be received between 29 January 2026 and 30 April 2026 (23:59 GMT) (‘Closing Date’). The winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during this period once the prize draw has closed at random performed by a computer process.
• Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
• The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
• Cox and Kings will accept no responsibility for entries that are mislaid, incomplete or unsuccessful regardless of the cause.

4. Winner Notification
• The winner will be contacted by email (using the details provided at entry) by Cox & Kings within 14 days of the Closing Date. Should the Cox & Kings be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize or fails to reply to Cox and Kings’ email within 7 days, then the prize will be forfeited and Cox and Kings reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative person drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. Prize
• The prize is a £10,000 tailor-made holiday voucher redeemable against a Canadian journey designed with Cox & Kings’ travel specialists. The holiday may be taken solo or with friends and family. If the total holiday value exceeds £10,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
• Cox & Kings reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so.
• The decision of Cox & Kings regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6. Travel and Booking
• Travel must take place in 2026 or 2027. (Please note some dates to travel on will be more expensive than others).
• The voucher must be redeemed and a booking made by 31 December 2026.
• The winner will be required to complete a Cox & Kings booking form and confirm agreement with the relevant Cox & Kings’ standard booking conditions that can be found here [https://www.coxandkingstravel.com/about-us/useful-information/booking-conditions].
• The voucher is valid for one booking only and cannot be split across multiple trips.

7. Inclusions and Exclusions
• The voucher includes flights, accommodation, mandatory taxes and experiences as arranged by Cox & Kings. It does not include any discretionary or optional local taxes, tips, meals not included in the itinerary, travel insurance (which is compulsory), or other personal expenditure.

8. Publicity
• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Cox & Kings.

9. Data Use
• We will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy https://www.coxandkingstravel.com/about-us/useful-information/privacy-policy.
• By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Cox & Kings and our suppliers providing the prize to administer the prize draw.
• All consent preferences provided on the entry form will be adhered to in accordance with the relevant data protection laws.

10. Force Majeure
• Events may occur that render the prize draw or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Cox & Kings. Accordingly, Cox & Kings may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion, and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Cox & Kings as a result.

11. Non-Transferable / No Cash Alternative
• The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. Details of the holiday are subject to change, and once the prize is booked and confirmed, the trip is non-amendable.

12. Limitation of Liability
• Insofar as is permitted by law, Cox & Kings or its supplier partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused directly by the negligence of Cox & Kings or their supplier partners or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law, and any dispute arising out of these terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
